jlvs Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jlvs," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jlvs online gaming platform operated at jlvs.asia and its associated services.
• "Member," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered a jlvs account or is otherwise accessing jlvs services.
• "Platform" means the jlvs website accessible at jlvs.asia, including all games, payment interfaces, support channels, and associated features.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member with jlvs, including the associated wallet balance and gaming history.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Member's jlvs account, funded through eligible deposit methods and used to place wagers on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to specific wagering conditions before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Real Funds" means cash deposited directly by the Member through GCash, Maya, bank transfer, USDT, or other supported payment methods, net of any applicable fees.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jlvs in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AMLC" means the Anti-Money Laundering Council of the Philippines.

By accessing the jlvs Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the jlvs service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the jlvs Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlvs. jlvs reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

To register and use jlvs, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for participation in casino-style online gaming activities under PAGCOR guidelines applicable in the Philippines. No exceptions will be made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing jlvs from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of jlvs is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of jlvs, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless separately authorized in writing by jlvs management.
• You must not have had a previous jlvs account terminated for breach of these terms, unless jlvs has explicitly reinstated your eligibility in writing.
• You must not be listed on any governmental or regulatory exclusion list applicable to gaming operations in the Philippines.

To access the full functionality of jlvs, you must create a Member account. The following conditions apply to all jlvs account registrations:

• One Account Per Individual: Each person may hold only one active jlvs account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts, whether using different identities, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses, constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your membership.
• No Fictitious or Borrowed Identities: Registering under a name other than your own legal name, or using another person's identity or contact information, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
• Account Confirmation: jlvs may require email or SMS verification to activate your account. Unverified accounts may have limited functionality and withdrawal restrictions.
• KYC Compliance: Prior to processing withdrawal requests, jlvs will require submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal holds until verification is satisfied.

jlvs reserves the right to decline any account registration without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlvs login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jlvs accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

• You must not share your jlvs login credentials with any third party, including family members and friends.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your jlvs account on your behalf or otherwise.
• You are strongly encouraged to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. jlvs offers this feature at no additional cost to all registered Members.
• You must notify jlvs immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, through the on-site 24/7 live chat or via the contact email.
• jlvs will never ask for your password via SMS, email, Messenger, Viber, or any channel other than the official jlvs.asia login interface. Any such request from a person or message claiming to be jlvs is fraudulent.

jlvs accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction in the jlvs wallet section.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you legally own. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or illegal means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to AMLC.
• Currency: All real-money balances within jlvs are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya deposits are generally processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. USDT transfers are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Deposit Fees: jlvs does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposit Limits: jlvs may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day. Responsible gaming deposit limits may also be set voluntarily by Members through the account settings.

All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed to your jlvs wallet, except in cases of demonstrable technical error acknowledged by jlvs in writing.

Members may request withdrawal of their Real Funds balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) through the supported payment methods available in their jlvs account dashboard.

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawals require a fully verified jlvs account. Members who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals must be made to a payment account (GCash, Maya, bank account, or crypto wallet) that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of the request in your jlvs account wallet.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers process within 1–3 business hours. USDT withdrawals process within 10–60 minutes subject to network conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or for large amounts.
• Large Amount Verification: Withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 may require additional identity verification documentation before processing, in compliance with AMLC reporting thresholds.
• Right to Review: jlvs reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations. jlvs will notify the Member of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

jlvs offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Specific contribution rates are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• jlvs reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is found, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play with other accounts, or use of prohibited betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures.
• Promotions have defined validity windows. Any bonus funds not converted or wagered before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• jlvs may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform.

All games offered on the jlvs Platform operate according to their respective published rules. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules as a binding part of these terms.

• RNG Integrity: All jlvs slot and virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers at physical or studio tables.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game round, jlvs reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Member's wallet. Wins generated as a result of a technical error may be voided at jlvs's discretion.
• Result Finality: Game results are final once a round is completed and the outcome is recorded in the jlvs system. jlvs does not accept disputes based on perceived unfairness of standard game outcomes that fall within normal probability distributions.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game table and slot title has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by Member tier.
• Disconnection During Play: jlvs is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on the Member's side during active gameplay. The Platform will attempt to record the last committed bet state; however, jlvs cannot guarantee outcomes in such circumstances.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jlvs Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to applicable regulatory authorities:

• Registering, accessing, or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate or fraudulent account.
• Using false, borrowed, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, software exploits, or any third-party software to manipulate or automate game play on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, RNG anomalies, or any other technical vulnerability of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error must be reported to jlvs and may be voided.
• Using jlvs for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended, or any related Philippine legislation.
• Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to jlvs.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlvs staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing jlvs from a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is unlawful.

jlvs is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all jlvs Members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum continuous session time limits, after which the Platform will prompt the Member to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may voluntarily self-exclude from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account will be suspended and no new deposits can be made. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Check Reminders: Members may enable periodic reminders showing their session duration and net win/loss during the session.

jlvs urges any Member who believes their gaming behavior is becoming problematic to use these tools without hesitation. Online gaming is intended for entertainment. If gaming is adversely affecting your financial situation, relationships, work performance, or mental health, please seek help immediately.

All content on the jlvs Platform — including but not limited to the jlvs brand name and logo, website design, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of jlvs or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlvs Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jlvs content without prior written authorization from jlvs.
• Game content on the Platform is licensed to jlvs by third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain the property of their respective developers and publishers.
• Any unauthorized use of jlvs intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlvs and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

• jlvs does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.
• jlvs is not liable for losses resulting from factors outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, natural disasters, government action, or regulatory changes.
• jlvs is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise from your gaming winnings. Members are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings under Philippine law.
• In all cases where jlvs is found liable, the total aggregate liability of jlvs to a Member shall not exceed the amount of the Member's Real Funds wallet balance at the time the cause of action arose.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

jlvs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or direction from PAGCOR or AMLC.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a dormancy fee or closure, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jlvs support through the on-site live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and outstanding wagering requirements.

jlvs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlvs will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
• Notify registered Members via SMS or email to the contact details on file, where practically possible.
• Display a notification within the Platform for a reasonable period following the update.

Your continued use of the jlvs Platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.

jlvs recommends that all Members periodically review this page to stay informed of the current terms governing their jlvs account.

These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with jlvs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the jlvs Platform, you agree to first contact jlvs through the on-site 24/7 live chat support or the registered contact email to seek an informal resolution. jlvs will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by Philippine courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.
